General
We only accept returns for hygiene items such as pillow sprays if the hygiene seal is still intact. Otherwise the goods are non-returnable.
Returns from Germany: Use our returns portal.
We offer free returns for orders shipped to Germany. The returns are processed via DHL. You can create your free return label via our returns portal. Have your tracking number ready. You can find this in the shipment progress email or on the shipping label.

Returns from Austria or Switzerland: Contact us by email.
For returns within Austria or Switzerland, please contact us in advance at support@my7sundays.com to receive your free returns label. Please note that we can only cover the shipping costs for return labels that we have created and sent to you.
Refund within 14 days.
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method used when ordering.
Important instructions:
Please note that a return is only possible within the 30-day right of withdrawal.
When returning, please make sure that the complete product is back in the package.
Please send the goods back to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which you receive the parcel label.
The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the period of 14 days has expired.
