Shipping costs for pillows & accessories: 

  • From an order value of CHF 89.00 we deliver free of charge to Switzerland 
  • Under an order value of CHF 89.00, shipping costs of CHF 6.90 will be charged

    Shipping costs mattresses: 

    • Delivery by post (up to 100x200 cm): CHF 29.90 (not possible for box spring mattresses)
    • Delivery by post (from 120x200 cm): CHF 99.00 (not possible for box spring mattresses)
    • Delivery by freight forwarder including setting up shifts, disposal of packaging and taking away old mattresses: CHF 129.00

      Shipping costs toppers & blankets: 

      • Delivery by post: CHF 9.90

        For returns within Switzerland, please contact us in advance at to receive your free returns label. Please note that we only charge the shipping costs for items that we have created and sent to you return label.



        We only accept returns for hygiene items such as pillow sprays if the hygiene seal is still intact. Otherwise the goods cannot be exchanged. When returning the product, please make sure that the entire product is in the package. 


        Return period

        The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving reasons and can return the goods (cushions and mattresses) received by sending them back. The set deadline starts after you receive the product. The timely dispatch of the products is sufficient to meet the deadline.


        Return costs

        With our free return label on our website, there are no additional costs for the customer.



        If the customer revokes this contract under the right of withdrawal, SEVEN SUNDAYS will reimburse him for all payments that SEVEN SUNDAYS has received, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by SEVEN SUNDAYS), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the product was verifiably returned. For this repayment, SEVEN SUNDAYS will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with them; under no circumstances will the customer be charged for this repayment. SEVEN SUNDAYS is entitled to refuse repayment until SEVEN SUNDAYS has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.


        Insufficient delivery

        In the case of broken, defective or incorrect goods, the customer must be given the opportunity to repair the damage or defect in the product. You can find more information about this in our Terms and Conditions.


        Return after expiry of Return deadline

        It is not possible to return a product after the return period has expired.


        Return requirements

        The return of products (pillow and mattress) is only possible within the prescribed time period of 30 days. Otherwise no return can take place.


        Return procedure

        If the product is eligible for return, it can be returned with a free return label provided by SEVEN SUNDAYS. The return address is on the return label and does not have to be entered. The printed return label is attached to the package and can then be sent back to us.
